Shipping & Returns
All order are dispatched by courier and delivered during normal business hours.
Please inform us via note section of ordering page if you would like to organise other delivery arrangements.
Please note: We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Deliveries are freight free for orders above $250 (conditions apply).
All orders under the freight fee limit will incur a freight charge.
Some areas may incur a delivery surcharge - these areas include but are not limited to
Tasmania, Western Australia, & all Non Mainland Locations.
Return & Credits Policy
All credit claims must be made within 7 day of invoice date.
All stock ordered in error must be returned at the customers expense.
All claims made due to processing errors, damaged items or short date items must be returned to our warehouse via our reply paid details or via you store rep.
All stock must be returned in good order, must not have been price marked, damaged or soiled & be in original packaging.
Credit notes will be processed once the stock has been returned to our warehouse.
